2011 JBL display scratches under screen?

    Hey all. Just traded my 07 Gen II in (244,xxx miles and it finally bit the dust) in for an 11 Gen III with the JBL system. I noticed under the display what looks like scratching or warping and I can't figure out what it is. I thought at first someone left a protective layer on the displays but nothing is there. Has anyone noticed this or have an idea what it is? Thanks in advance. image.jpg image.jpg
