2011 headlight assembly with good leds. Still lack vision

On.my 2011 pruis. Does the inside part. Like the circle that magnifies the beam go bad. My 2015 altima had the same. Poor vision. Horrible lighting. Nissan recalled these.
My plastic head lights exterior look great. I added fog light. The bulbs on low beam come out looking decent.
Definitely not low voltage. Is it worth trying 2 new aftermarket assemblys .
I know of my adjuster is broken. But it's still horrible. But the highbeams are great.
Any advice would be great.
I have led bulbs
In low beam. And fog lights. It helped on both, but I struggle alot seeing. My wife's suv. Omg so bright. 2021 newer suv. As mine in gen 3 2010.

Added led to low.
On the 13. Can I swap lenses and ad halogen to mine. Will it be plug and play?? I think the center 2.5" magnafine silver color turns black ⚫️ inside and don't throw the light out proper.
Nissan recalled all thiers.

 

This is what I am referring to. I had this 2015 altima. The small circle would be black and not throw off the mirror of light from the bulb. I suffered 3 years with this car.
I brought it new.

 

Old lights looked new. Defected. Replaced with new ones. It's the circle magnifying circle . Not throwing the light forward. Very similar to nissan 15 altima. They recalled them .fixed
