Hi folks! My daughter's speedometer display just disappears randomly while driving. I tried uploading a short video but it wasn't allowed for some reason so I'll try to describe.... Driving along, the speedometer reading ONLY will just sort of go away while all other elements of the display remain on. It may stay that way for several minutes and then come back on. Again, it's random in that it doesn't happen when it's hot or cold or if you hit a bump. It just happens. If this has been discussed previously, forgive me if I missed it. I look forward to helpful advice.
I read that elsewhere on this site and fiddled with the dimmer. It made no difference to the speedo. The issue doesn't seem to be related to the dimmer or the level of "brightness" outside. It's just the speedometer and it's simply off altogether when it happens.
