Hey guys I have the whole battery apart and the cells are all reading the same. 7.9 volts

My car had the red triangle and the code was the P0a80, so I know one of the modules failed.

    The car has 216k miles.

The only thing I can see is this corrosion looking stuff on the bottom of the batteries, I've attached some pictures.

    What am I doing wrong? IMG_4338.JPG IMG_8449.JPG

It seems like one of your batteries is either punctured somewhere or expanded too much.. i'd take it apart and see which module has some visible defects.

My guess would be the 7th module from the ecu end being the problem. And possibly all the ones around it. But chances are only 1 is leaking. Look for the leaking source.

If you let the battery sit for a week, the bad module will be easier to find.
