I'm outside of the United States and need a hybrid battery soon and the only one available is from a hybrid c battery.. I want to install it but I'm checking to see if anyone installed a prius c hybrid battery into a regular 2004 to 2009 prius.. they both have the same cell but instead of the 14 module the Prius c has 10

    x2 on that.

The Prius has 14 blocks, which is 28 individual modules.
The C model has 10 blocks, which is 20 individual modules.

If you are interested in repairing your 2008, the modules in the C battery are identical. You would have 48 modules to pick the best 28 for your battery. This could work out very well for you if you have a way of capacity testing the modules.

That would be the best plan if that’s the only battery he can get. He never says where he’s from for some reason. Here are some helpful links.
