Hello, my 2008 Prius has 160K miles. It recently logged codes P300, 301, 302, 303, 304 (depending on when I cleared and checked the code, which I did several times during troubleshooting). I researched potential repairs online, and did the following, the last of which resolved the misfire codes:
    1. Replaced air filter
    2. Cleaned throttle body and MAF
    3. Replaced spark plugs
    4. Replaced spark plugs coils
    5. Poured Heet in the gas tank to remove any water that may exist there.
    6. Inspected the fuel tank fill pipe to ensure it was not corroded and possibly allowing water to seep into the gasoline tank.
    7. Replaced PCV valve
    8. Replaced fuel injectors

Although the codes were thrown less frequently as I went down this repair list, Number 8, replacing the fuel injectors, has resolved the codes. I have driven the car over 100 miles without codes, so I believe the codes have been completely resolved.

I hope this helps others who may be struggling with these codes.

    Cheers!
