2008 Prius intermittent audio

    Hello all,

    Just a couple days ago the audio from the radio/cd/aux etc stopped working. I can "change" the radio station using the nob or the presets and otherwise control the radio, but there is no visual change in the volume when I use the nob or the control on the steering wheel, and most importantly, no sound.

    Does anyone have any suggestions on how to address?
