My vsc light came on, radio, clock and dome lights also quit working. No other check engine/dash lights are on
Can someone point me in the right direction

I had a tire that had a bubble in it and was about to blow out. Thought maybe that was it but I changed tire and the light is still on

Do you mean the TPMS light is lit up the tire pressure monitoring system? Or are you saying the VSC is lit up which is literally VSC if the vehicle skid control is activating while you're just driving the car everything else being normal you need to make sure all your tires look the same one's not deflated drastically or something The skid control computer is seeing something that's out of balance I put a 195 on a car with all 185s it activated the VSC anytime I got near 50 miles an hour and would slow me back down and it was a mess put the right tire back on and that went away immediately The bubble in the tire I don't think that would be tall enough to to do that but it's possible as long as we're not talking about the TPMS sensor light because that requires new batteries or new sensors The VSC is the skid control and that can be fooled by odd size tires wet roads really slick roads things like that maybe even a bumpy road but then you got to be really going over the bumps buck board style.

    thanks for the reply
the VSC is lit up. After I read your post I went out and looked and the tire was a 195 (with bubble) and the other 3 were 185s. I had a car that had 195s on it and I guess put one of them on my car with 185s

I put a good 185 on the car and drove it and the light is still on. Is there anything else I need to do to get the light to turn off

Why is my lights and radio not work though?

What lights aren't working Is the MFD display working in the center of the dash Can you see the radio presets and all of that stuff on the screen You can make a selection but it doesn't come out the speakers or you can't see it at all on the display? Which lights aren't working Marker lights headlights both You have turn signals and brake lights? The VSC light you may have to drive for a while when you get the right tire on or clear the code which in your case if you have no scanner you can undo the negative battery terminal or the positive for 5 minutes or something and that should clear out any codes it has but you really want to try and read them and make note of them like write them down or print them and then clear them if at all possible That's the ideal scenario generally.

The mph and rest of dash work
Headlights and all that work, it’s the dome lights inside the car. Yep the presets are all still there

I have a code reader but I guess since that check engine light isn’t on it wouldn’t read any codes. I’m sure a good reader would but that’s all I’ve got

I put the correct tire size on and also unplugged the plugs on the battery and it’s currently sitting unplugged so we will see what happens

Have you tried the one you've got, or are you just guessing that it wouldn't show you the VSC code(s)?

If you try and it really doesn't, just get the code(s) like this: Blink (a/k/a Flash) Codes – How to. | PriusChat

I would check the dome light fuse It's where your left knee is up inside the dash basically You can see it when you get out on your hands and knees and look up under there I think that's where the dome light fuse is actually sounds like it might be burnt up if this is the sliders that are right above your head that light the passenger and the driver side and turn on when you open the car door not the one that's back behind your head check the bulbs they're 194s You don't want to put an LED 194 in the dome light that turns on when you open the door and set that way It never completely shuts off with the switches You can put LEDs in the ones on each side of that I have a red one and one a white 6K in the passenger side and a regular filament bulb in the center and they all work perfectly I've never used the one behind my head It's just sit there off for the last 5 to 7 years never been turned on It does work so I guess it has been turned on I checked it to see if it worked but since that never been used never been set to come on when the door opens and none of it or you could have a bad door switch but I kind of doubt it.
