It was pretty cold this morning, though car is in insulated garage. I’ve attached images with the lights that alit on my dash this morning. Not sure if this is an overreaction to below zero temperatures or indicative of a more systemic problem?
Seems like a lot of people are having problems this week. Honestly you are going to have to provide more than a picture of the dash lights for any kind of answer. How does it run? Any codes? Check the oil lately?
It seems to be running normally but I just took my girlfriend’s car to work instead. Not sure what you mean by codes but I had the oil changed about four weeks ago. Shouldn’t be a problem.

The car knows something is wrong, and lit up the idiot lights to tell you it knows something. Posting a picture of those dash lights is like saying "hey I've got a piece of mail for you" and then sending a picture of the envelope. You need to read it with a code reader. It could be anything. In super cold temperatures assuming everything else was perfect, the most common culprits are a misfire because of a bad coil or plug or o2 sensor. But you don't have a brand new car so it could be anything. The car knows what it's trying to tell you.

Keep in mind there could be other issues that may cause the same indicators to illuminate. Odds are good the cold has something to do with it. Whether it's now a permanent, semi-permanent or temporary situation? Who can say until it warms up. When it gets super cold and something fails, sometimes getting warm again doesn't matter.
When those lights are lit the computer logs codes about what it thinks is wrong with the car. You need to read the codes to have any chance of getting help here. Preferably with a code reader that can read Toyota specific codes, not a generic OBD2 reader.
I’m thinking the 12v Battery is old and has reacted to the severe drop in temperatures. The first time my 2nd Generation Prius malfunctioned, this was the reason why. Intense cold and a 6 year old 12v Battery. Self diagnosed by perusing Prius Chat. Had a new one installed at Toyota, all symptoms disappeared. That was 5 years ago.
