2006 Main battery replacement

    OK, got the "screen", been looking for the video on how to replace the traction (main) battery, cannot seem to find.. Anyone know the link? [email protected]

    I'm not aware of any video, beyond those that show installation of PHEV packs, such as


    The main issue is getting all the trim off. You need to remove everything below window level: floorboards, side trim, trunk trim, and both seat backs. The floorboard that covers the battery is a particularly difficult piece to remove the first time. The trick there is to pop the forward clip out (near the middle but slightly on the passenger side), and the slide it backwards off the two rear clips. Also, take this opportunity to clean the HV battery fan.
