My baby is still rolling along, 140K plus but cosmetically getting a little beat up. I want replace the passenger side inner AC vent panel - any ideas out there where I can score one?

    Thanks,
    Marty

Try a local junk yard. Should be able to find that on a unit sitting waiting to be crushed.

You could order one new from Toyota, but it would probably be a little on the expensive side.

    Take a look here.

2005 Toyota Prius Parts - AutoNation Toyota Gulf Freeway Parts

If you call the 800 number listed on their site, ask for Jake. He is very knowledgeable and can help you select the correct part. I don't see the inboard vent listed on the page above, but the outboard ones range around $120 on the site. So unless you have a couple of c notes in your pocket to burn, you might want to check the local scrap yards first.
