Hello , jesse here i am the owner of a 03 prius i bought used and have rebuilt battery pack, gone through all the brakes , maintenance on engine and trans, now i have an issue with HV battery fan not cooling , i had power to fan then it quit working. checked all fuses and fan no. 2 relay all ok. I am leaning to resistor on fan duct assembly. I was hoping to get some feed back from forum on similar issue. i have looked throughout forum and have not found anything on resistor replacement.

It's not a resistor in the Prius, it's a digital pulse-modulating speed controller, and it is mounted in the duct around the same place your grandfather's car had a resistor, and you can replace it if you think it is your problem.
