2002 transaxle and inverter

I bought a used 2002 Prius with 158k miles that was non-running.
Today I was able to determine that the engine has trouble (cannot be rotated)
so I bought from a local person a complete drivertrain (engine, transaxle and inverter)
that I will swap into my car.
That means that the good transaxle and inverter from my 2002 will become available.
Even the bad engine with anything on it (injectors, plugs, coils, throttle, sensors...)
I will make sure to free up my engine while in the car, so I can drive my car electric only
(it is possible in a NHW-11, I have done it before by simply disconnecting the injectors)
so it is guaranteed that transaxle and inverter are good.
Asking $100 for the bad engine, $400 for the transaxle and $300 for inverter.
This will fit any 2001, 2002 or 2003 Prius.
Not yet available but should be by the end of the month.
