    forgive me i am a newbie, please tell me what the circuit breaker sensor does? I am getting a communication link error after I replaced the inverter pump with a diferent model type. As soon as I plugged it in the engine stop I heard a faint hiss and then the engine stopped. any suggestion. 2002 prius​
