I just bought a 2002 Prius and I am wondering if anyone knows of any modifications, programmers, chips, HHO systems that would help increase MPG? It has 63,000 miles on it an I averaged 52 mpg for that trip. Is there anyway other then fancy footwork to drive in Electric mode? Is there an EV mode with this year?
