2001 Toyota Prius Blower motor replacement and Access - Help

So my 2001 Toyota Prius blower motor has been turn off and on and seems to be that its either the blower or the relay or the panel that controls the blower motors speeds.

i have taken apart some of area to get to the blower motor, but i cant seem to find away to take this thing apart.
i have looked everywhere on the internet there is no videos on 2001-2003 Toyota Prius blower motors.

i can find i all the parts its a complete mystery on how to take this thing apart without having to remove the entire dash and floor board.

Has anyone run into this problem and what have u done to get it fixed?

i want to test the blower motor i also want to test the resistor..
