    Hello everyone,
I've tried searching for hours for a 2 inch hitch for a Gen III prius and am having no luck finding anyone that currently makes one.
I really prefer a 2" receiver because all of my bike racks and cargo racks are for a 2".
Looking through some old posts it looked like Quality S was one manufacturer that made a bolt together 2" option and maybe Curt had one also.

Can anyone help me find a 2" receiver that I can buy in the near future to use on summer trips?
    Thanks for your help.

I have a 2" Tork Lift hitch on my 2012 liftback. It is not cheap, but in its first outing (two days ago) worked very well.

get an adapter at Harbor Freight Tools. They have adapters to go to a 2" receiver.

I feel your pain. I have spent hours reviewing old posts. The old Quality S 2" hitch is no longer made (company bought out). Curt claims the 1.25" hitch already sits too low and has no plans to offer a 2"

Torklift.com makes the heavy duty hitches for trucks. You want Torklift Central, tlcentral.com.

I would like to see, or fabricate a thin plate that curves up from the cross member, following the contour of the bumper to place the receiver a few inches higher, have more clearance than a 1.25 receiver, and act as a ski plate for the bumper. (any fabricators listening?) I'll gladly buy that concept.
    Thanks for listening... Kevin
