    Hello
Are there any problems with installing 17" wheels instead of 15" for Prius 2016?

    Aftermarket or Toyota 17" wheel?

There may continue to be some variations between models that come with 17" rims vs 15" rims. I know with our 2010 Touring (has 17" rims stock), the turning radius is larger, and the suspension's revised. I'm not sure if that continues to be the case. Maybe download 4th gen brochure and check things like turning radius.

Yeah, there's still a difference in turning radius, for levels that come with 17".

There may be more differences. One I think is one of the brake components (booster?), has differences between 15" and 17" stock rim levels.

Not sure how critical it is though; lots here change to 17" rims (or more) that had 15" levels. Just food for thought though:

Of note too: only ONE level has a temp spare tire...

As far as I know Toyota doesn't maintain a download site for previous year brochures, BUT, this site does:

    I'd pass on the idea:
    The Steering Ratio is different:

There are no mentions that I can see of different suspensions or Power Steering - but they could be adjusted in build specification components.

The track is different - so whether that affects wheel alignment - no idea:

But - not sure about Auto Parking if you have it, nor about TPMS.

    Turning circle is larger:
