I'm thinking about replacing my 12v battery. I have an '01 with ~175k on it. The battery seems to have been replaced at some point, but it is a Toyota battry and the little white label under the clanp reads 240702. This means July 24, 2002 correct? I did the diagnostic check this morning after the car had been sitting all night and here are the readings: 11.6-11.9 ACC mode 10.7-11.5 with the lights turned on 13.5-13.8 with the ICE running What do you think?
I think this is a good choice: Optima battery and installation kit for Prius 2001 to 2003 if some of the numbers started with a 12, some might say 'not yet', but none do.
