12v power port not working

    The dealer did some work on my brakes and now the 12v power outlet under the armrest isn't working. I replaced both 15amp fuses labeled power/cig and still doesn't work. I don't see how brake work could have had any impact on the outlet unless something got fried when they disconnected the 12v battery.

    What else can I check to troubleshoot this?

    see if there ispower at the fuses. car is on, correct?

    Did you contact the dealer and ask them????
    That should have been the first thing you did, after checking the fuses....because that's simple.
