12v battery draining overnight and brakes feel quit hard

Hoping someone can help, have a issue with my 2010 prius, the 12v battery is draining quite quickly compared to my other prius, it drops to around 10v over night, I have checked the parasitic drain then comes up 0.05 similar to my other prius which is fine, I have put a new battery in still same issue. I did recently have the ecu replaced as I think the mechanic jump started Incorrectly.

The other issue I have had is the brakes are quite hard to push, when in p mode they are fine however when driving they feel hard to push, they do work but just feel hard, sometimes when putting it in drive the car doesn't role forward, I then have found if I push on the brake hard and activate the hill mode then touch the accelortator this seems to fix this issue, am not sure if these issues are linked as maybe fault break fuse or something
