The Prius has a 120 watt max limit on its 12 volt DC power adapter going over that limit will put you at risk to blowing a fuse. I found a 110 volt ac plug power adapter that is rated at a max of 120 watt limit of the Prius' 12v dc power adapter on Amazon.com @ $46 - not cheap.

Amazon.com: Sima 120-Watt Gooseneck Power Inverter: Computers & Accessories

There are similar units with a max of 100 watt limit where the price is less than $10

Amazon.com: Whistler Pro-100W 100 Watt Power Inverter: Electronics

    hope this helps
