My 2010 RAV 4 has two 120 volt outlets which are very convenient for plugging in chargers for electronics (phones, laptops, DVDs, etc). Is there one of these hidden in my 2013 Prius or an easy way to add one? It shouldn't require a separate 12V to 120V converter?

There are none in a stock Prius.

There is no 120VAC 60 Hz in a stock Prius.

To add it, you would need to purchase an "inverter". There are many on the market. They convert the 12VDC to an approximation of 120V 60Hz AC. Smaller power requirements would allow you to plug them into the accessory outlet. Larger requirements (more than 150W) should be dealt with by direct connection to the 12V battery.

A small (100 watt) inverter can be plugged into the front 12 volt outlet. The new inverters also have a USB port for charging those devices that use the USB cable for power.
