1 Year ago today, 21 July 2017, I purchased my 2010 Grey Prius II with 116,748 miles on it.
    I now have 141,010 miles on it(24,262).
I have had ZERO problems with it.
I had to stop at walfart on the way home and get new wiper blades that were almost to the point of scratching the windshield.
I've changed all the fluids, including the CVT, spark plugs, engine and cabin air filters.
Cleaned the intake manifold and EGR Cooler, which was not clogged or very dirty.
Replaced the front pads, rears still have about 1/3 material left, but did clean and lube the slide pins.
Replaced the tires with Continental True contact which barely show any wear.
Installed a rear and front camera, both record.
Moved the 3.5mm jack to the front and added a USB connector making it easier to hook up my iPhone.
    Installed Hybrid battery fan filter.
And of course changed the oil along the way.
This has been one of the easiest vehicles I've ever worked on!

I did get Techstream. First thing I did was turn off that STUPID BEEP when you put it in reverse!
    ONE beep is reasonable.

Only 124K miles to go to catch up to our Gen 2. It sounds like your car could surpass that, the way you are taking care of it.

My 2002 Town and Country has 374,000.
I had 2 Corolla's, both had close to 200,000. And a Corona wagon I put about 100,000 miles on.
Plus other cars. I drive a LOT! :)
I expect this to be my last vehicle.

July 2020 is coming up and almost 2 years have gone by since you mentioned your Prius's purchase. How's your 2010 doing? These are definitely robust cars, built for the long haul. One of my friends at work bought a new 2010 after my boasting about my 2005 Prius. In 2015, we drove his 2010 from Maine to Florida to deliver it to his son, who now lived in Tampa. That 2010 Prius is still going strong. With the Prius gone, my friend went to a Volt and loves it, since most of his driving is in the Portland, Maine metro area. He EVs generally so his lifetime MPG on the Volt is way up around 100 MPG. I travel more so I stayed with Prius. My lifetime mpg with our 2011 was a little over 51 mpg. Trips from Maine into the Mid Atlantic states and Florida cut down the normal 54 mpg I usually maintained on our rural Maine roads. I love the efficiency and durability.

195,000 miles, still going strong. Replaced the front wheel bearings. They were making noise.
It was hard to tell the true contact tires because they are somewhat noisy.
I finally had to replace those at 62,000 miles. I replace them with Cooper tires.
Big mistake! Though they are quieter, ride is smooth, great in the rain. I've lost 4mpg.
If I drive very carefully, I get get the average 47mpg. It's a pain. But they seem to be wearing good.
I did have to replace my camera's, they just stopped working. Cheap china crap. But this one seems
    to be holding up.
Had a crack in the windshield and got it replaced. They used a cheap one though. and when it rains,
it's like oil, spatters the water. The wipers work, but even with rainX, the water smears.

At 200,000 miles, I'm going to replace both coolants, spark plugs, clean the intake manifold and egr system.
I already have a cleaned out cooler so I can just swop them out.

It is by far the easiest car I've ever worked on!

Geeesh I'm saying that in my waning sixties lol.

You're putting on the miles a lot faster than me tho, only doing 4~5K miles a year.

    I've been averaging 600+ miles a week. But I'm making money! :)
I have the rear wheel bearing. Not sure when I'll replace them.
I am sure it needs rear shocks and front struts, so they will be next on the list.
