09 prius lateral dipping

    2009 prius 109K what would cause lateral dipping? From day one as second owner with new tires. Vertical dipping gone after front struts & springs changed and back struts but not springs changed. Garages can't find suspension problems. What should be checked again?

    anti sway bar? check Rude person's's torsion bars.
