06 MFD

    If The MFD is based on one of the lexus platforms, wouldnt a Lexus Sirius Tuner be a better choice then a Solara Tuner.

    Maybe if we use the lexus tuner we would no longer have the 10 character limitation?

    any thoughts, or am i way off base?

    That would be nice to find out.
    Maybe it won't sound like shit like the Solara one does.

    There's a recent thread that someone posted info from the '06 owner's manual (page 263) that says that the display will show 32 characters with the OEM XM tuner...I don't know if that will be a different tuner than the one us '04/'05 folks have or not.

    Unfortunately i am not a fan of XM. I was hoping for a Sirius Tuner with the same capability.

    My SIrius tuner does 10.
    I got the Camery/Solara one.
