    I think you are right - the company line is arbitration. Lets try to find others who have the problem - I'm going to fight this one. Ideas?

    Have the same issue with a 2012 4 bought in June. Did you get any satisfaction?

    Just bought a Prius 4 in June. Same issue. Dealer denies any warranty coverage and says the problem was caused by the environment. I smell a rat....
