I have problems also holding the pairing/connection. i do not have a smart phone. i have an LG rumor2.

i appreciate your help but nowhere on the screen does it say "register" and though it mentions a PIN, nowhere on the car or the phone does it ask...
my phone is listed under the paired devices list so i've gotten that far but something is affecting the ability for the car to pick up the fact...
I am having trouble permanently pairing my phone (not a smart phone) with my car too. i do not understand the "registering" process. hints?
