    My iPhone 11 in a thin silicone case charges just fine. Not fast, but steady. The grip of the case keeps it in place pretty well.

    bubbling on plastic panel between passenger door and rear window "C-pillar"

    They are easily removable without any damage. Just pull them forward from the back edge. I found replacement panels on eBay for about $50 each....
