Update: Issue has been fixed. I had the brake booster assembly replaced with a brand new one. I paid $1050 for the part+ labor.
Update: Issue has been fixed, it was just the front break pads. They were from Napa I replaced them with Duralast Gold Ceramic Breaks.

After doing more testing another weak block was detected. So block 7 and block 4 are weak.
