    Changed engine due to owner getting it stuck and through a rod,changed batteries due to sitting for 2 and half years or more.

    Yes I did slide safety switch, no obd here will get one from work tomorrow,13.2 volts up front.

    I have a 2005 prius i'm working on.The issue i'm having is I changed the engine in the car,i've changed both batteries and all I get is headlights...
