[ATTACH] At least as of 2022 the rubber is available from a number of sources. Mine came from Ebay with a fairly useless offset screwdriver....
I've had this same intermittent issue for over 100,000 miles. It's a 2005 and it runs fine. We maxed out the odometer at 299,999 four years...
