catalytic converter...GONE!!! Grr. Well thank you all for narrowing this down for me. I was 100% thinking it was oil related.

My neighbor said CC is still there. Said O2 sensor is loose and exhaust is loose.
So do I just need to screw it back in?
So my neighbor found this under the car just a bit ago when looking. He said he thought it was from the exhaust. Any ideas?

Would the car make this sound if the oil was severely over filled too, or is this sound specific to the catalytic converter?
