original hybrid and 12v battery 189K still working well
does it support MP3? I have 2005 and does not support MP3, I use a cassette conversion to connects to a ipod..works good enough for me.

since you use undercarriage wash you might want to check your 12v battery compartment.... the vent hose that is connected to the 12v battery...
go find a different dealer.. I have the same thing with my local Toyota dealer...dishonest..found a different dealer haven't had any more drama.
my battery still reads: (using MFD) 14.3 car on ready 12.1 car on (not ready) checking every so often now.. original battery from 2005

you should be able to get 200k out of them or more.. read the 200k, 299,999 mile club posts I have 189k on mine
