Hi. I called toyota customer service first. I had all documents on how the dealer said they couldn't / wouldn't honor the Uber incentive. From there I was escalated up to a rep who worked with me to rectify the issue. Pretty easy to work through
I don't know if this message will be private or posted publicly. Just wanted to tell you that these dealers might be looking into these forums, and they may well know what you are negotiating with other dealers, which can lead them to fix their prices. Better do your negotiations silently, and then post the lowest price you paid after you purchased your car.
