If you look on eBay and and search cat converters there's a big company on eBay that sold me my Gen 2 unit for like $119 with all the stuff to put it in a couple of the nuts and bolts I didn't use and use the factories
I can look it up for you in a few minutes and send you a direct link to the part that I bought which I do have the light on but I also haven't changed my downstream sensor to a new one or any of that
And I had the PO420 or whatever before all this started and what started all this with somebody tried to cut off the converter in one of my Gen 2's
New question! I managed to lose my wheel lock key for my 2004 Prius. Is it easy to get a replacement?
Yes your local dealer should have you a replacement pretty quickly for reasonable I'm not sure which lock you have
and of course, as I mentioned in several of my posts about this unit, it comes with a 2" clamp, but needs a 1.75" clamp. Oreilly auto has a heavy duty 1.75 exhaust clamp for about $4 that works perfect.

If they took the o2 sensor also, don't waste your time with the cheap aftermarket ones, get a DENSO from Rockauto.com. They have a very organized website and really good prices.
Perfect, thanks! I had not seen that particular post. I will get it! And the clamp. I found a "mobile mechanic" who will come to me and put it on for $150. He'll weld it at the back end to the resonator. Thank you!
