saw you'd really looked into the wiper motor issue. How hard is it to disassemble it, clean it, and reassemble it? Any tips?

I saw your posting of seat cover replacement and have a question for you. When you removed and replaced your seat, how did you deal with the wiring issue? I understand that the circuit has to be reset by the dealer. Is this true? What do they do?
