sorry it took me forever to write back. I need to become better at logging in more often.

My case worker was not the person you said... it was someone else but my dealership did say there are some slow case workers.

One thing that helped me was too touch base with case worker every two weeks just to ask for a status update.

Hi Gia15, it took FOREVER to get my car!!
So, I went and signed the papers on May 24th and did not get my car until August 2nd!! Almost 5 months!

My caseworker told me this was unusual but I’d suggest you contact your contact at RYR and get an update :)

You’ll love your Prius Prime! It’s all worth it in the end.
