Hi Northwichita, After I removed the previous clockspring defective, I was surprised to note the new Clockspring 84306-0e010 lacks the Grey-connector. This is the Grey plug at the very bottom of the clockspring when you look at it while installed on the car. I however proceeded to install the New clockspring by just letting the grey plug hang(since the new-clockspring did not have the option to plug it in). Today just after driving 3 miles, all the lights on the dash showed up, VSC, Triangle, check engine and then the car lost power. I know it has to be the lack of Grey-plug connected to the New-clockspring. Did you transfer the grey-connector from the old one to the new or anything different you did. Please tell me. I can not drive this car now since it is very unreliable. Can you please shed some light to what I should do or how I should go about installing this New clockspring with a re-defined part number from Toyota, which they called it "superceited" saying it is updated.
I'd encourage scangauge users to help me out with the gas gauge correlation-link http://priuschat.com/forums/gen-ii-prius-technical-discussion/70102-scangauge-x-gauge-gas-correlation-fuel-gauge.html
