Where can you get all the fluids you would need for the 2010 Prius (engine/power control unit; steering; brake; transmission; oil)? And is the same coolant fluid used for the engine cooolant and the power control unit? Thanks.
Is there a reason you're wanting these??? The transmission uses a special Toyota synthetic - and does not need to be replaced (at least not in the first 100K miles). I found this today when I took the Lexus GX in for a transmission service. Not sure about the Prius - the Lexus doesn't even have a tranny dipstick. To change the oil you have to go under the car, and after draining/service *pump* - yes *pump* oil into the side of the transmission. To add to the exacting science - according to the docs, you pump fluid in until it overflows from the side plug... It seems everything has a very very long life......
The owners manual says everything about oil and fluid. Please refer to page 560 to 564 of the specifications section. Ken@Japan
