Bought a Toyota Certified 05 last month to replace my teen-totalled 05. Noticed the driver's seat cushion was deteriorating, almost like dissovling along the front edge. Knew the purchase terms were "as is" for such items but went to the dealer anyway to see about a replacement. Parts counter said $700 for seat bottom fabric only (not leather, no foam). Double checked and confirmed this was price. They were nice enough to refer me to a shop in Portland that will leatherize my interior for only $900. Saved my crashed 05 for parts but never considered buying a replacement with the same interior color. Oh well.
