Some of the tint posts say that the metallic tint does not impact the Nav system. Others say it does. I spoke with my tint shop. They said the only cars they have had problems with as far as metallic tint and GPS goes are the Mercedes. No problem with the Lexus (which we know uses the same NAV system as the Prius). I asked for ceramic tint on the windshield. He said it would not make any difference if the GPS antenna is located anyplace other than near the windshield. Does anyone know where the GPS antenna is located in the 05 Prius?
