Anyone encountered during driving a vibrating sound from the front passenger door, is more audible at less smooth roads... Tried to locate it but hard 2 find and still there...
Yes! Sounds like a thin steel plate that goes into resonance. I hear mine mainly when on freeways with worn pavement. The noise isn't consistent - I tried complaining to my dealership's service dept, someone went for a ride with me but I couldn't induce the noise. There's another thread started on this issue but I don't know where.
My new Prius (less than 2 weeks old) has a consistent rattle on the right hand side of the car in the passenger compartment, especially on rough roads. It almost sounds like a window rattle, however I haven't been able to pin down exactly what is rattling. All panels, speakers, etc., seem to be tightly in place.
I have a new Prius with 500 miles on it that started a rattle in the left side of the dash and then the right side. Actually sounds like a baby rattle... It comes and goes so I am hoping that it dissipates entirely soon as it does annoy me to no end.. Not what I expect with my IV..
I have a rattle from that side of the car on rough roads. I was wondering if its the door. I did not bring it in yet waiting to pin point the rattle. If anyone does please report. Thanks
