    thanks!

it was very sad when i turned in my leased Subaru. i bought/lease five Subaru's from Liberty Subaru NJ over the past 12 years. great dealership, great salesman and shop manager. i will miss them and i would recommend them to anybody who wants a Subaru. i doubt i will forge the same relationship with the new dealership.

I know it's the wrong forum but I'm hoping you won't discriminate against a recycled Gen II.

No more temporary plates for us, installed our permanent plates in simple chrome frame. Now it's one of a kind.

I saddled up my newly-restored 2010 and rode her about 400 miles across IL & WI to St. Paul. Good mileage: 64.5 MPGs (MID info) for 390 miles at 47 mph total.

I started a new thread dealing with the very high mileage I could get while using the dynamic radar cruise control on my Prius V. See [IMG] Highway MPGs Using DRCC: 63.4 at 60+ mph.

hehe, a lot of people in the 2010 section don't have 2010 prii. They just appreciate them, and the excitement surrounding it right now. No sweat!

I just got my customized plates that read "Murloc" (little annoying humanoids from world of warcraft.) I already got a warning ticket because I can't bring myself to drill the holes and mount a license plate on the front of the car. :(

My girl is still rather dirty, water crisis in Ca.
We went over the hill in Power Mode to pick-up groceries in the Santee Henry's and I filled her up with gas that was still under $3

Wow. Gas is $2.19 a gallon here in Kansas...

It's crazy how different it can be!

I drooled over the PC posts and fretted about getting my future Prius washed at the low tech automatic car washes here in NJ.

We installed our center caps and got rid of those plastic wheel covers. Doesn't this look better:

Yes, looks good, but I'm concerned about the mileage hit. I'm working very hard to get my mileage up from the low 40s.

I washed it, I waxed the silver parts and used 303 Protectant on the black parts. I haven't driven it since, I don't want to get bugs on it. :D

Took Rudy through the carwash, and filled him with petrol.

*sigh* Gonna have to handwash him, soon. The automatic carwash is not getting all the bugs off.

I did a stupid thing. I somehow had the NAVI set to not go on highways and didn't realize it. I was coming home from a friend's BBQ and had no clue where I was and couldn't understand why I was not getting on the highway. Quite traumatic.

And why is my fuelly saying I have 95mpg avg? Seems to be adding instead of averaging.

I removed a few TP garlands off of my Prius today. It's homecoming week.
