Fitting issues with WeatherTech Premium mats?

    Hello folks -

    I just received these mats and they don't seem to be a complete misfit to the prius interiors. They carpet hooks are not anywhere where the driver-side mats have their holes. Did anybody else have the same problem? I'm not happy with them at all. :eek:

    On the other hand, the cargo liner fits fine. can somebody point me to the PriusChat-Shop return policy?

    So now that I need the replacement, I would also be interested to know how the Toyota OEM mats compare to these. Comments welcome.

    My fit like a glove. Did you get them for the correct Gen of Prius? I'd call MacNeill and discuss with their customer service

    For the folks who had perfect fittings, thanks for your replies, had a followup question: were they W71 for the front-rows and W20 for the rear ones (just to rule out the obvious)?

    Will give MacNeil a call tomorrow and see what they have to say. For now, they are back in their original package. :(

    and yes, you can hold out on holding the sign until I get this sorted out with them... :)

    WoW...thanks for the link and warning. I'm working with the PC Shop to return the mats. Downside? I may have to take the hit on the shipping...
