Hello folks - I just received these mats and they don't seem to be a complete misfit to the prius interiors. They carpet hooks are not anywhere where the driver-side mats have their holes. Did anybody else have the same problem? I'm not happy with them at all. On the other hand, the cargo liner fits fine. can somebody point me to the PriusChat-Shop return policy? So now that I need the replacement, I would also be interested to know how the Toyota OEM mats compare to these. Comments welcome. --- Thanks!

For the folks who had perfect fittings, thanks for your replies, had a followup question: were they W71 for the front-rows and W20 for the rear ones (just to rule out the obvious)? Will give MacNeil a call tomorrow and see what they have to say. For now, they are back in their original package. and yes, you can hold out on holding the sign until I get this sorted out with them...
Surprised no one mentioned the recent news about Toyota asking all their dealers to check to make sure mats are correct for the car because of a recent accident in California where the mat caused the accelerator to stick and led to a fatal accident.
