Hey fellow Prius owners Just got a brand new 2010 Prius, (I was really after an 09 Gen II, but oh well, gen III is better, right?) Anyway, while my temporary tags are still valid, I really want to gather some ideas for a catchy vanity plate, hopefully Prius related A little background, I am a big computer/electronics geek, I am a big Mac fan (though I still like PCs), and I am really into gaming (mostly GTA and Mario games), and I am also a huge fan of Family Guy So, any ideas?
I have no imagination so dont ask me. SPARK5 on my daily driver and CROWN6 on my 1968, 6 cylinder Toyota Crown
Get one of the plates that save the forest. That's what I have on my gen II touring my grandma gave me.
Prius in Latin means "To Go Before", if you want something Prius related, you might try: TOGOB4, 2GOB4, 2GOBE4, OR TOGOBE4 Depending on how many alphanumeric characters your state permits. David (aka Blind Guy)
I got TEX PRI for mine--kinda boring but oh well. I was considering YMMV (your mileage may vary), but I was worried that might be viewed as smug. I have the solar roof, so I was also considering SLR PRI.
You can drive in the HOV lanes with a hybrid with the Clean Special Fuel license tags, and there's at least one with the tag HOV 1OK, implying that HOV with 1 person is okay.
That does seem like a good idea, though there are no HOV lanes where I live, so I don't think they will supply the plate YMMV is a little smug, but I like it, don't think it's what I'll use though
Are you sure? Wouldn't that make "prius" a verb? Isn't a better definition "first" or "before", such as the concept of "first in line"? See Latin to English definition of prius
Couldn't if I tried, we live in the same state, wait, is that a plug-in hybrid? I thought Toyota didn't release that yet (or only in Japan)
Not an official plug-in from Toyota but an aftermarket battery from Hymotion. You can read more about it here..... http://priuschat.com/forums/gen-ii-...57-review-hymotion-battery-plug-in-prius.html http://priuschat.com/forums/gen-ii-...prius-ii-plug-in-hybrid-electric-vehicle.html Oh and welcome to priuschat!
I currently drive a Chrysler 300C but my Prius will be here in a matter of days so I will be taking my plates from the 300 over to my Prius. It reads ANIM8TIR.
My TransAm Firehawk says SHESOARS My HHR SS says SNEEZEE (sneezy) I'm looking at either LITTLBLU (for little blue because thats what I call her) or my wife said BLURBN because her car is blue ribbon metallic. I wanted to get her MRSSNZY but she said no so we have yet to decide.
