Does anyone know if there is an Under Brace available yet? I know that Sigma Automotive has a Tanabe listed for $125 but I can't get confirmation from them that it will fit our cars. Toyota Prius 2010 ZVW30 Performance, Handling & Electronic Accessories :: Sigma Automotive
Hi Venom, Sigma's rollover/pop-up description for the Tanabe Under Brace says it fits. What other confirmation are you looking for?
I called Tanabe USA and they say that there is nothing that they have that would fit a 2010 Prius. Sigma hasn't responded to my emails so who knows what the deal is.
Ahh, I see. Another poster (was it you?) had the same issue, and people were saying that a possible explanation for the disconnect is that Sigma is importing the Tanabe parts directly from Tanabe in Japan, while Tanabe USA does not yet have the 2010 Prius parts.
Yea that was me. I never get a response from Sigma when I email them and the fact that they don't have a phone number on their website just irks me on top of that.
Sigma is also a Silver Business Sponsor of PriusChat. Its user name is Areometer. Maybe send a Private Message or leave a Visitor Message to Areometer?
I've bought a few items from Sigma in the past few years. It would irk me too that there is no phone number to reach them by. I am surprised they haven't answered your email. That does not sound normal to me. Please keep us posted on how you make out.
Edward at Sigma always answers my emails in 24-48 hours and is really quite a nice fellow. If he hasn't responded to your email, chances are he didn't get it.
I sent a PM & am awaiting a reply. I will pass along the info to everyone as for that price, this would definitely be a great upgrade in my mind.
I checked "Yellowpages.com" and typed in Sigma Automotive in Canton,Ma. and came up with this phone #: (781) 575-1515 . A website was also provided on that page so I clicked on it and it was the same Sigma website so I'm guessing the phone # is legit. Hope this helps..... I agree, shouldn't be this difficult to contact them but maybe they prefer e-mail communication as a way to confirm orders and such.
Sent the PM 4 days ago and emailed them through their website again and still no response from either. I am guessing that the part won't fit or just well, who knows. I am baffled as to why I am not getting a response when I am surely ready to order should it be the right part for our cars!
Different number here in case the other one doesn't work: Monolith Int L Trading DBA: Sigma Automotive, Bedford, NH : Reviews and maps - Yahoo! Local
I was just about to call Sigma today, and was going to look up the info on their page as I called and their website isn't working. I think it's not even worth calling them after the lack of a response, no phone # and now their website isn't working.
