Delivery Problems for 2010 Prius

I placed a $500 deposit on July 18th at a dealer in Boardman, OH, and as of today (it's been almost 6 weeks), have gotten no info as to when the Prius IV (Solar, Nav, dark leather, blizzard white) might appear. Any suggestions?

 

-apparently, solar roof packages are hard to come by and takes longer...
-i visited a dealer over the weekend, and was told it is about a 6 week wait for any model unless they have something coming in which is not pre-sold/ordered (by placing a deposit)

 

We put a $500 deposit on a Prius III on July 18th and were promised a 9/20 delivery in Madison, WI. Stopped at the dealer Saturday and they indicated it could be October or November. So I told them that would work for me if they loan me a 2009 Prius at no cost between 9/20 and delivery. We'll see what they say. In my mind, a delivery date on a contract is a commitment.
