Is the beep setting beep... beep... beep....................... or BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP? Dealer, said "the single beep was continous"
If you have the dealer change it to a single beep, it is NOT one continuous beep. It is one short beep as you put it in reverse. The dealer is wrong. I highly recommend getting it changed to one short beep (and don't let the dealer tell you there is a charge for it, there's not!). Best of luck!
Thanks, The dealers trying to pull a fast one. I will make sure it gets changed. I will remind him of the survey or suggest there is something wrong with the car and needs to be fixed before I take it home. This was the only option that I requested to have changed. Picking the Car up tonight.
Does the door need to be closed for a single beep to work? If the door is opened and the cars put in "R" will the Beep be continous?
