timing belt

    I keep hearing that the gen III engine has no belts. What about a timing belt or chain?

    It has a timing chain.

    thanks for the reply, chains don't normally need to be replaced do they?

    They normally last the life of the engine, I don't think ours would be any different

    Not if the chain isn't all plastic and the oil is changed regularly.
